Things you should know:

* Hosting: After the first year, monthly charges of $24.99 to 34.99 depending on site requirements will be billed directly.

* Website updates:  After the initial set-up and launch of the site, Content  Management services will be charged on an hourly basis at $45 per hour with a ½ hour minimum requirement.
